You will have exclusive use of the entire property (besides the garage). The main bathroom also includes a Jacuzzi tub. Please note: The outdoor Hot Tub is only open from Oct 1st – May 30th (closed during the summer from June 1st to Sept 30th).
There is also a large living room with a 4K 65in Smart Tv (cable and Netflix), pull out sofa bed, dining room with a large table (also additional folding chairs/table to make seating for 12 people), and full sized kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes for 12 people, pots, pans, and your normal small appliances (Keurig, coffee maker, toaster, blender). Some food basics are provided (coffee, tea, sugar, coffee whitener, salt and pepper). The dining room has an AC unit (summer time only) that cools the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The dining room leads to a back deck with a BBQ (BBQ utensils and propane provided).
The lower level is above grade so it has large bright windows and a walkout door into the back yard. On this level you will find the remaining 2 bedrooms both with Queen beds, bathroom with a shower, laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, and a 2nd living room with another 4K 55in Smart Tv (cable and Netflix), games, toys and gas fireplace.
Outside you will find a salt water ARCTIC SPA hot tub (Open from Oct 1st – May 30th), a large patio space with table and chairs and second patio with a fireplace.
