The Suite is located in beautiful Saanich. It’s like living in the country. Only 2 steps into the suite on the main floor entrance. Bus, taxis, stores, and Victoria General Hospital is nearby. Tillicum and Uptown Malls are only a 5-minute drive away. We’re close to Trans Canada Highway #1 north to Duncan & Nanaimo and further island destinations. The access to BC Ferries (Swartz Bay terminal to Vancouver) or Anacortes Ferry (to the USA) in the town of Sidney, is Hwy 17 north only one block away. Also, Black Ball Ferry to Port Angeles (USA) is a short drive south on Hwy 17 to the Victoria Inner Harbour.

The Garden Suite is the entire ground floor of the house and includes all kitchen equipment, cooking and eating utensils, towels, linens, facecloths, soaps, shampoo, iron and ironing board, games (chess, checkers, cards, backgammon, scrabble), books of the local area, and lots of brochures to help you with your tour plans. Hosts are on call at any time for any concerns or questions on the second level of the house or by cell phone. Guests will have their own complete privacy. The neighbors are quiet and respectful in the area and the suite is always ready and clean for our next guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, teapot, dishes, glasses, cooking and eating utensils, corkscrew, frying pan and pots, dish towels, dish soap, Sea salt/pepper, coffee, teas, and hot cocoa. You will also have a private leisure area in the backyard with a patio table, umbrella, and 2 chairs.
