• Water Source: Rest easy with municipal water that is drinkable, eliminating the need for a septic tank.

• AC for Comfort: A brand new split ductless AC unit was installed in May 2022, ensuring your stay is comfortable year-round.

• L Couch (Downstairs): Converts into a double bed

• Basement was renovated in December 2020.
• All towels, linens, and supplies are provided for your convenience.
• Water toys and sports equipment are available in the shed for guests’ use.
• Pets are allowed, with an additional fee during your stay.
• Security cameras are installed for exterior entrances to the property.

Guest Access:

You’ll have access to all areas of the property except the garage and bunkie, located to the left of the cottage when you enter.
