It is located in the upscale and quiet community of Garry Station in West Lethbridge, with walking trails around the home, and amenities such as grocery, restaurant, and other businesses, less than 2 km away.
The price quoted per night is for a maximum of 10 guests and 5 infants (age less than 2 years). Please contact if the plan is to stay for more than 3 nights.
The space
The sun room on main level and ground floor have a TV with an HDMI cable.
The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, cooking range, oven, and dishwasher, as well as, pots, pans, dishware, and other utensils, for use. Various appliances such as electric cooker, grinder, toaster, mixer, sandwich maker are also available.
Patio can be accessed from the main living room, the walkout basement, or through the exterior side door of the home- with a gate facing the pond.
There are 5 bedrooms with double bed, lamp, fan, study desk/ table, chair, and a spacious closest, in each room except master bedroom. Additional study desk is available in the large sun room.
There are 3 full bathrooms with shower and tub, as well as one half bathroom. Master ensuite is having a water jet bathtub and a separate large shower.
All the shared spaces/ areas, not including private rooms, are available for the enjoyment of the guest(s), at their discretion.
The home is popular for groups of upto 10 adults and can accommodate approximately 5 children and upto 5 infants.
Guest access
Guest can access the pond facing view from the backyard, kitchen, living rooms on main level and basement.
Easy access to the pond outside the home and the walking trails.
