The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes for 12 people, pots, pans, and your normal small appliances (Keurig, coffee maker, toaster, blender, griddle, and rice maker). Some food basics are provided (coffee, tea, sugar, coffee whitener, salt and pepper). The dining room leads to a back deck with a BBQ (BBQ utensils and propane provided) and an outdoor patio table. The dining room has an AC unit (summer time only) that cools the kitchen, dining room, and living room.

The lower level has a retro decor feel with large bright windows On this level you will find the remaining 2 bedrooms both with Queen beds, bathroom with a shower and bathtub and a children’s play area with a mini kitchen set and other toys. There is also a 2nd living room with a 4K 58in Smart Tv (cable and Disney+) and a Simpsons arcade game. This couch has a pull out that pops up to make a bed. Linens and pillows are in the closet by the stairs.

Outside you will find a patio space with table and chairs and an outdoor fire pit. The backyard has mature trees, is fully fenced and private. Across the street is a school with a large soccer field and playground.
