Other things to note
-One Exterior Parking Space is provided.

-This is a very quiet condo(concrete construction). We use noise monitoring hardware in the condo that tracks noise levels to ensure we do not get evicted from the building. The building manager lives next door and keeps a close eye on the property for us. Any fines due to noise complaints will be paid by the guest.

-There is no traditional cable TV, only limited streaming services.
