This Bungalow has two complete units: The mainfloor and the basement .The mainfloor is for the guests.
The other tenants are quiet, stay in the basement with the separate entrance from the backyard.
The front door will lead to the Guest house on the mainfloor and the second unit in the basment. However, upon entry of the front door, there are steps leading to the mainfloor with a separate door with a lock for the guest, which is not accessed by anyone but the guests.
The mainfloor will have 3 bedrooms, a 4 piece bathroom, living room, kitchen and deck from the upstairs kitchen for the guests only, which are not shared.
