The primary floor incorporates an open-concept arrangement comprising a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious closet. It boasts new luxury vinyl flooring throughout, tastefully appointed mountain-themed décor and sophisticated quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, imparting an air of luxury to the entire space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a newly installed range. In addition, we provide several essential small appliances, including a drip coffee maker, toaster, slow cooker, hand-held mixer, kettle, soda stream, and popcorn pot. You’ll also find a selection of pots, frying pans, bakeware, serveware, and glassware. Guests are welcome to use the available assortment of spices, condiments, and baking items, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The dining room table comfortably seats six and has a built-in extension butterfly leaf for accommodating up to 8 individuals. Supplementary folding chairs are stored in the spacious main-level closet, and placemats and napkins are provided on the table. In addition, there are three stools available on the eat-up island countertop.

The living room, with an increased inventory of furniture compared to the images displayed, is a spacious and comfortable area. It features a rack holding a selection of comfortable blankets aimed at enhancing your experience of the mountain views, electric fireplace, and flat-screen TV. Additionally, two twin-size sleeper sectionals are available for accommodating extra guests, albeit necessitating some potential furniture rearrangement. Complementing the space, are amenities such as a provided Bluetooth speaker and an HDMI cable catering to your personal laptops/tablets and the TV. Furthermore, a Blue-ray/DVD player is furnished, accompanied by an extensive collection of DVDs.

A fully equipped bathroom, comprising a toilet, sink, and stand-up shower, is conveniently situated down the hallway. Ample hooks are available in the hallway to place outerwear, helmets, gloves, and similar items. Furthermore, guests have convenient access to an in-suite laundry room with a washer and dryer on the main floor.
