Property Highlights

This lower, basement unit has a King sized bed in the bedroom with a relaxing reading area in the corner. Thanks to the south facing egress window, the room gets plenty of natural light. If you want a comfortable space to read a book, do some work, or just sit back and relax in the bedroom. The closet is equipped with hangers and shelves for clothing/luggage storage.

The living room is fully furnished with a sofa bed and Smart TV with access to apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Youtube. Instructions for TV use are provided in the home manual on the coffee table. Wifi access is provided on your own private network. There is a work station off to the side if you need to get some work done. You can enjoy a comfy chair & desk with plenty of plug-ins. Beside the desk and in the TV stand you will everything you need in terms of entertainment. The lamps on either side of the TV stand can be turned on for calmer or more lighting.

There is a well equipped kitchen with coffee machine, microwave, stove, kettle, and more. If you need to do any cooking or just want to have a cup of coffee or tea in the morning its already there for you! Feel free to use all the provided cooking utensils and dishes. We have also provided cleaning supplies for our guests who choose to do their own dishes or if an accident happens and you need something to quickly clean it up! There are separated bins for garbage, recycling, and cans/bottles. There is also a compost bin and dish rack underneath the sink!

Staying for awhile and need to get some laundry done? No problem! There is a washer & dryer set as well as laundry supplies available to you in the Bathroom. We have provided some complimentary amenities in the shower and mirror/medicine cabinet as a courtesy, in case you forget your own.
