The place is 1150sqft in size. There is a garage on the bottom floor for parking or storage. There is parking in front of the garage for one vehicle also. There is a 240 volt receptacle in the garage to charge your car if you have the adapters to fit it.
Up the stairs one level there is a large dining room table, fully stocked kitchen and great appliances. There is a nice living room area with a pull out couch bed. A 55″ TV that includes cable, Netflix and Disney+ ensures you can always find something to watch. There is a 1/2 bath on this level as well as a deck with views of the mountains out back.
The third level has the two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is also a washer and dryer located up there for your use.
Guest access
You will have the whole townhouse as well as use of the large grass lawn out back. The grassy area is a common area for others in the development. Great place to take your dog out but it is a common area used by others so please clean up after it (bags are provided).
Other things to note
This is a strata development so please be respectful of the neighbours. This includes cleaning up after your pet, littering or smoking around the property. Please do not park on the street or in others driveways. There is extra parking scattered around the development but it comes on a first come basis.
