When you enter this beautiful house, the first thing you will notice is the well equipped kitchen. Great for preparing meals or dishing up your favourite takeout! The great room is located right beside the kitchen in this open concept design. The great room has a tv and a fireplace to curl up next to on those cold Calgary nights. There is an office located on the main floor right beside the kitchen.

Once you go upstairs you will find the master suite to your right. The master suite has a king sized bed, lounge area and amazing washroom complete with a Jacuzzi tub. If you turn left at the top of the stairs you will find the second bedroom, this bedroom has a queen bed. Further down the hall you will find another washroom – beyond the washroom is the third bedroom, also with a queen bed.

If you go downstairs, you will first notice the exercise room and tv lounge area. After a workout, what’s better than a steam shower? The steam shower is also equipped with 3 body sprays, a rain shower and a lounge chair. The Fourth bedroom is downstairs with a twin bed.
