Property Highlights

This is a two bedroom suite on the top floor of a two story house with private entrance. It’s set in a lovely treed third of an acre lot with beautiful tall Douglas fir trees surrounding our quiet, clean and comfortable home.

We are in the west shore, just 20 minutes out of Victoria, convenient to stores, restaurants, big box stores and every convenience one would need.

We are a five minute walk to two lovely lakes, bus stops to town or up Island and the Galloping Goose trail for walking or bike riding to town and many places in the area.

There is an awesome bowling alley minutes away and bike rentals.

There is the best YM/YWCA five minutes from here with a beautiful weight room with the latest equipment and three pools, as well as hot tub, sauna & steam room.

The house is fully furnished with a large sun room and a second living room. A lovely kitchen with new appliances and everything one might need for cooking and storing food.

We have wireless internet and TV along with an Apple computer.
