 This street is tree lined and quiet, walking distance to the trendiest and most popular cafes, restaurants, wine bars and shopping. A block away from the LRT and the pedway (you will want to use it to walk around the downtown business core and shopping in winter time). About 12 minute walk from the Shaw Conference Centre.

It’s simply the best neighborhood to live in Edmonton. The place would be best suited for guests who come to Edmonton for business, conferences, weddings (downtown) and study or work (UofA and the UofA hospital, Stollery Hospital, MacEwan University, Royal Alexandra Hospital are all either within walking distance or a short transit/car ride away).

It is easy to commute from here to the University of Alberta and the University of Alberta hospital either via a train system or by car. MacEwan University is about a 20 minute walk.

The place is a short walk away from the Rogers Arena and the Shaw Conference Centre, so would suit guests who are coming for the hockey game, a show, a conference or a wedding. The place can accommodate single travelers and groups of friends or families. Little humans are most welcome!

A block to three blocks away from world-class gyms and workout studios. Boutique wine store a block away. Farmers’ market every Saturday also just down the street in spring and summer. City traffic gets blocked for this.
