The space
With lots of space and privacy lakeside, this is a slice of heaven you may never want to leave, but if you do, it’s only 5 minutes to Bancroft. This sweet little town has all the amenities you’ll need including grocery, beer store/LCBO, restaurants and cute shops.
There are also some great hiking trails in the area as well. Silent Lake (15 min away), Egan chutes (10 min away) and Algonquin park (45 min away).
There’s lots to do outside at the cottage including canoeing, kayaking, some great spots to fish and of course just enjoying a good float in the lake. Inside you will find board games and a large collection of dvd’s to choose from but we always suggest you enjoy the lakeview on the screened in porch and of course a great fire in the evening.
